I’ve mentioned in earlier tips that it’s important to make your practice harder than playing on a golf course.
For putting there’s only one thing that means, making the target smaller.
Instead of practicing to a hole put a tee peg in the ground and putt to that! It will narrow your focus and make a golf hole look far bigger and more inviting.
Then incorporate the tee peg into some drills, a spiral putting drill will increase the difficulty of the task adding an element of pressure to your practice! (to see the spiral drill log in to the members section of the website)
So stop putting to a hole and start putting to a tee peg and hole more putts.
I’ve been doing this since you showed me in a putting lesson, it really helps to keep your focus & the hole is so much bigger on the course!
