Focus on the external to change your swing!

A really simple tip this week to help you change your swing no matter what your working on.

Psychologists have proven scientifically that thinking about an internal feeling e.g. Your hands, body, legs ect is 40% less effective than thinking about an external feeling like your club head, shaft or grip!

So if your making a change in your swing, get really interested in how the club feels instead of how your body feels!

A good example of this is when your learning how to drive, do you think about turning the steering wheel or how your hands move to turn the wheel?

We need to make our golf swing as subconscious as driving, focusing on the club is the only way to do that!

Enjoy the tip and good luck with your practice.
